“The class was excellent with a small group and lots of hands on cooking. We learnt 5 vegetarian dishes which were all delicious and I have been able to do these at home. It was a great day.”
“A great class with delicious food! This is not a 'sit back and drink wine' sort of cooking class - you will be in the kitchen actively for 3+ hours, but it is a really worthwhile experience. Tanya was lovely and had so many insights. I would definitely recommend this class and Heavenly Morsel.”
“Tanya was an excellent teacher. We had a class of 8 people and we all got a chance to do quite a bit of the prep and cooking.
There was a lovely grazing platter for us to nibble on and some mocktails that were incredible.
The food we made was nothing like I’ve eaten before and I’m excited to get in to the kitchen and try out some of the methods and flavours we used.
I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys lots of flavour in their dishes. Nothing like the Indian restaurants. Food with real, robust flavours with beautiful fragrances.”
