“I would like to give you some feedback. To be honest, the session felt quite rushed when watching how the teacher cooked with each group. As I am Deaf, I need more time to observe and process what is happening. I understand that lecturers often speak quickly, but having a bit more time to visualise each step would really help me.
I really enjoyed the Japanese food, especially the mochi dessert. Thank you for letting me join the session.”
“We thoroughly enjoyed this class. We appreciated the relaxed vibe and clear instructions. The lead chef was very knowledgeable and approachable too, which was nice. Really great!”
“Kym was a great teacher, very informative and good at multitasking a well as being approachable. I enjoyed the class but don’t think I’ll cook tempura again as it was difficult to get the batter right. Really enjoyed miso soup and salad.
Serving sizes were generous and I ate too much!!”
“Kym had a delightful manner, gave clear instructions and helped the class flow by keeping everyone busy and on task. I loved that we could see or help other people at a variety of tasks and felt like I was learning about all the recipes.
I am hearing impaired but was able to follow instructions and understand what was expected.”
“This class was not as involved as some of the other cuisine classes offered at this venue, but is probably because the dishes are simpler.
Overall I enjoyed the class, and the teacher was pleasant and knowledgable.”
