“My first visit to Caroline Barber was given to me as a gift voucher. Caroline was very welcoming and instanely made me feel relaxed. Caroline explained all the techinical side and how to measure the liquids and why to best do it the safe way. Explained how the liquids would form when putting on the boards. When the time came for me to start my master piece I really felt like I knew what I was doing. I was so happy and excited with my first visit, I returned 3 days later with my daughter to do another board. With my daughter doing a board for herself. We shared a lovely afternoon together and we have Charcutie board each to remind us of time spent with each other.
