“Shinhee's pottery class was great. We had never done anything like this before and she was very patient teaching us how to prep the clay, use the pottery wheel, centre the clay and begin to mould the different shapes. She demoed 3 different vessels and we got free reign to make whichever ones we wanted for the 2hr class.
It was a relaxed environment and was a fun way to get creative.”
“Great fun class. You get dirty hands something chronic. However the end result is well worth the effort. Made a really wonky pot first up, then I started to make things that looked like what I was aiming for.
All credit goes to the teacher Shinhee, for amazing guidance. She corrected hand placement and on one occasion rescued a pot the was going west. She let you make the pots by yourself, and didn’t take over. You learn from your mistakes better that way.
Would do another class with her tomorrow.”
