“This was an absolute treat. Went along for the one day japanese knife course as an absolute beginner, and Shane was so insightful about the process and technique and about blacksmithing as a hobby. As a teacher, he did an amazing job guiding the class through step by step and teaching the foundation knowledge, so much so that I could happily go away and know enough about the process to start as a hobby, but it was still engaging and well thought out. Would 100% recommend any of the classes and think I will be back for one of the many.”

Went for a bucks weekend and Shane was great to deal with, taught well, and answered all our questions. Not only had fun making our knives, had plenty of laughs throughout the day.
