“The teachers:
Instructions are clear, succinct, and easy to follow.
Patient and helpful, just what you need in a workshop like this! They didn't help us a lot with the tufting itself after the demonstration but they did help others to refine their products. (Yes!!! they offer tutorial and demonstration before we get our hands on it, so dont worry, you are gonna get enough help from the beginning till the end!!)
The studio:
It is at a great location, you will find it easy to grab food from Chinatown and just 5 mins walk to the most hectic part of CBD.
The place is tidy and clean in general.
Materials provided:
They provide top-quality yarn with a variety of colors, I am sure everyone can find the colors you might need!”
“Great class - learned a lot and was a great atmosphere. Iris was a fantastic teacher and very patient with us. Very happy with our rugs and would highly recommend.”
“The class was such fun! Our teacher was so lovely and the instructions were very easy to follow. First time doing any sort of tufting or needle work and the results are amazing! Highly recommend to anyone looking to try some new craft techniques. You will not be disappointed!”
“I really enjoyed this rug making class! I had so much fun with the massive variety of colors to choose from, and the teachers helped me pick out a design, and made sure it turned out great. I couldn’t be happier! The space was lovely as well. I’m honestly really considering taking the course again to make another rug I loved it so much! Great value.”
“The studio was such a cute space and the staff were all very helpful in helping us get started and teaching us how to use the tufting fun safely. I had such a good time tufting my new rug and would definitely go again!”
“What a great day spent. Everyone was super friendly and the atmosphere was great. Would recommend and would come back to do another rug. I would probably just say, the instructors should mention if there was different things to make incase people didn’t know. I saw others make small bags or canvas tote rugs. Which would have been great to make to!”
