“Zero support or guidance from the instructor. It was my first time taking this type of workshop, and the instructors didn't take the time to explain how to use the machine. I ended up with a cut on my hand, a half-finished mat, and feeling like I'd wasted my money. At the end, they told me I could pay an additional $100 to have the mat fixed if I wanted.”
