I would suggest one thing - offer patron doing whiskey tastings a pre-printed where they can rate their thoughts on each whiskey - taste, smell, peatiness, after taste, etc...
So they can take it home with them as a memento of the night, and recall later which of the sampled drinks they liked the most and what about each appealed to them.”
