“We did the Barista Beginner Class and Deft was exceptionally clear and easy to follow in his teaching and explanations and demonstrations. He is a master at his craft which of course can be seen by his many awards won from competitions. He was extremely attentive to each student and ensured that everyone was looked after. It was a really fun session of learning the process of coffee brewing. 10/10 would come back for the Latte Art and Advanced classes.”
