“Paul, our teacher was amazing. Not only did we cook a mexican feast, we were given little hints to improve our skills. Things like what chopping boards are best and ways to improve your knife work. He let us know where to buy authentic ingredients and made us a great marguerita. Will definitely be returning for another class with my family.”
