This whole experience way exceeded our expectations. Brett was brilliant, informativie fun and very knowledgable. The food was fabulous and the easy relaxed style of the class just topped it off for an excellent night. We took one of our daughters as she is off to Paris for a year and we all loved it. Thank you. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

I had so much fun doing the three course French cooking class! Our teacher Paul was so knowledgeable and made everything so easy to understand for beginners. He jam packed so much science and tips and tricks into the class it was so fascinating to learn about. The food we learnt to make was great. I’ll be back for another class for sure!

The class covers a full menu with many skills and tips cross applicable to a variety of other dishes, but also leaves you very confident in being able to replicate what you learnt. It's not targeted at teens, but I went with my son who has a strong interest in cooking and it was very very helpful for him :)

LOVED this experience. Thanks to some amazing friends, we were lucky enough to head to Neutral Bay and the Sydney Cooking School for Head Chef Brett's French cooking class. I couldn't believe we made perfect cheese souffles, mini lamb rumps (with ratatouille) and chocolate fondants (and yes, the middles were gooey). Brett was excellent and shared some amazing experiences from his career with us. The School worked like a well-oiled machine with our used dishes and utensils whipped away as we used them. AND, we got to eat what we made (in a COVID friendly way). Sooo good. I recommend to anyone and everyone. Make a night of it and stay in the city. I will be going back to try this again - maybe another French menu, maybe BBQ, maybe dumplings...
