“I really enjoyed this class. Charlie and Sarah were knowledgeable communicators. The recipes were easy to follow and their logic of different meat and BBQ techniques in Australia made great sense. I know a great deal more about this style of cooking and I’m looking forward to trying it out myself. The only issue I had with the course was that it wasn’t nearly concluded by the scheduled finish time. I had driven 3 1/2 hours to get to Melbourne and decided to head home that day, given the 2pm finish time. I missed tasting the last 3 dishes because I had to pick up my wife. Having said that, the lady at the front counter very kindly gave me some packaged brisket to take home and try. Having said all of that, I will be back”
“Very good in-depth lesson. Catered for everyone that didn't own a smoker yet to some people already tackling a brisket that needed extra advice. I had to stop myself asking questions as the teachers are a fountain of knowledge.”

I booked this as a surprise for my partners anniversary present and he loved it. I went to spend time together, yet I also loved it.
The class was a great balance of watching and learning and then doing. We were able to give things a go and at the end we got to try everything we made (and we were full, great feed)
Special thanks to our teachers Simeon and Sarah who were knowledgeable, funny, interesting and happy to chat and answer any questions. We felt very welcome and left with lots more knowledge and confidence in BBQing.
