The teacher was good. He kept us engaged and gave us the sort of pointers we were looking for. The only issue for the day, was the weather was terrible. It was very cold, with a breeze and rain blowing into the balcony and into the dining room.

3 hours well spent, nice chefs, learnt a LOT about smoking food to enhance flavour, texture, taste, tenderness. The best part was eating the beautiful we (and the chefs) had all prepared. Incredible sauces, salads, salsa, pulled chicken, ribs and brisket that 'dripped off the bone with flavour'. I really enjoyed it.

Great class; relaxed, fun and informative - The smoked ribs were my favourite, and I enjoyed the beer and outdoor setting.
