The only issue for the day, was the weather was terrible. It was very cold, with a breeze and rain blowing into the balcony and into the dining room.”
“3 hours well spent, nice chefs, learnt a LOT about smoking food to enhance flavour, texture, taste, tenderness. The best part was eating the beautiful we (and the chefs) had all prepared. Incredible sauces, salads, salsa, pulled chicken, ribs and brisket that 'dripped off the bone with flavour'.
