“The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We learned to make dumplings in three different ways which was fantastic. I expected that we are making the dumplings start to finish including the fillings and hoped to walk away with a recipe of the dumplings we made. We did get take away dumplings though), which was great. Overall a great experience!”
“I enjoyed the class and thought the teacher was great! The steps to make the dumpling mixtures were simple and we managed to make all of the different dumpling shapes pretty well. We were also encouraged to make our own ‘special’ dumpling shape, sadly my crab and fish didn’t survive the pan frying process but that’s okay! I attended solo and would have preferred sitting on one large group rather than separate parties at their own table to eat the final product, but it was still a great day :)”
“Great class, lots of fun, I’d like to suggest some form of cheat sheet on the ingredients needed to make other types of dumplings.
Would be a nice takeaway from the class.”
