The teacher was good. I would recommend to teach at least one more dumpling shape, but overall excellent.

We were a group of 7 and loved the day! The dumplings were fun to make, we learnt 3 different folding styles and got to enjoy an afternoon eating them over drinks. We had leftovers to take away as well which was a bonus! Would definitely do it again and highly recommend. The staff were also lovely and funny

The girl from Iowa, USA who ran the class was very nice. The class itself was just ok, but easy and a bit boring. Having participated in several cooking classes all over the world, the class was very basic. There were no recipes, measuring, or actual cooking. You simply combined the precut ingredients filling for the dumplings in a bowl, put the filling into commercially premade round dumpling dough disks that they purchased in plastic wrap from a supplier. The only instruction was on three different folds to seal up the filling into the dough. After that, the uncooked dumplings were wisked away and returned some time later cooked. Probably fun for those just looking for an interesting stop on a date night. Unless you plan to drink at least 5-6 beers/wine in two hours, I'd skip the all you can drink for $45 option. Restaurant, which is on the corner, is a bit hard to find.
