“We had the BEST day! Hideko is just the most wonderful teacher! Everything was explained so well and sorted into easy to follow steps. It made for a great day where we walked away with not only a fantastic experience and a beautiful piece of art, but a lot of knowledge about the craft and a deeper appreciation for the work and love that goes into each piece.

“Hideko was a great teacher and a lovely person to chat with as we made our beautiful suncatchers. She taught us lots about the process as well as guiding and assisting with our projects and taking photos. Everything we needed was well laid out in her creative shop space and our projects were kindly wrapped and packaged by her before we left. It was a special way to spend time with friends and we were all delighted with what we were able to make.”

“My mum and I had an amazing time making stained glass sun catchers with Hideko. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient as she guided us through the many steps, including designing, soldering, and cleaning our creations. She had a great selection of glass colours and textures available, as well as examples of possible designs and ideas for improving our own designs. We had great conversation with her about various crafts throughout our session. Rather than letting small imperfections go for the sake of time, she used her eye for detail to make sure our sun catchers would be up to a standard we would be happy with after taking them home. The whole experience was relaxed and educational and I'm looking forward to hanging my creation.”
