“This was a good jumping off point to jump into the knife making world. Shane has structured the course so that you understand the steps along there way to making your own knife.
He always explained things well, watched you work and let you make mistakes (and then went and fixed them up, or explained what you were doing wrong)
Good workshop with plenty of bench space/ tools/ equipment that allows everyone to work at the same time so that you weren't waiting for anything.
He was also mindful of the safety aspect of working so that no one lost any fingers!
