“Great class. Steve is easy going and very knowledgeable- he’s tried it, failed or succeeded and use the class to pass on his findings and knowledge of the process.
It would be great though if ClassBento could list everything that is required for the day ie: things that are mandatory or just suggested, like a wooden spoon, a measuring jug, hairnets etc.
I love that we got some leftover starter, great for those who don’t already have one!
I’m keen to do some other courses with Steve - bagels, pretzels etc.”

“This was my first time doing a course with WEA, and I really enjoyed it! Our teacher, Steve, was incredibly knowledgeable, and it was clear he had a real passion for sourdough breadmaking.
At first, I wasn’t sure if I was doing everything right with the sourdough mixture, but when I baked the bread the next day, it turned out amazing! I learned so much throughout the session and wouldn’t hesitate to join another breadmaking class in the future.
