“Cristina was so nice and spoke so well about her cooking heritage and her desire to share that knowledge. She was a pleasure to listen to and her demonstrations were clear and easy to follow. From 14 to 87 years old, we all managed to make our dumplings and thoroughly enjoyed eating the result of Cristina's cooking them for us. She and Chris (husband helper) were a great team, clearing, cleaning and packing away so that venue (in my lifestyle village) was left in perfect condition.
Instead of giving Christmas presents, it was a great family activity, creating lovely lasting memories!
