Turns out I can cook better than I thought lol. Not really Cristina is just a really good instructor and gives very good guidance.

Cristina’s Taiwanese classes are always amazing. The classes include cultural information, techniques and food science, as well as making and eating delicious food. In this class we made Pineapple cakes, red bean mooncakes. We learnt how to laminate the dough to create many layers. Highly recommend all of Ms Cristina's classes.

We really enjoyed this class, the teacher was professional knowledge and gave great tips for these kinds of patries, it was a fun experience, the recipes were great, I would do another class with this teacher in future.

The Brunswick kitchen was the perfect venue for the workshop. Cristina was warm, knowledgeable and super friendly. The pastries were delicious I will definitely be back for more classes!
