“Learning hand-building was a wonderful family experience for Father's Day! Karina is a fun, kind and patient teacher who worked well with both children and adults. The 2-hr morning session started with instructions on foundational techniques including how-to demonstrations. The class then began creating their unique pieces of pottery using these techniques and the tools such as flower silicone molds, lettering stamps and textures. Karina made sure to help each of us with our questions and any challenges we had. A fun way to spend time with family and we are looking forward to returning to paint!”
“A big thank you to Bento Pottery at Cream House Cafe. My 6 year old grandson and I had a fun morning creating some treasures there today. Our teacher Andra was very helpful she explained the 3 best techniques for hand moulding clay and my grandson wasted no time putting the pinch pot technique into practice to create his cave. I personally loved playing with the clay it’s easy to mould and not as messy as I imagined it would be. We are both looking forward to coming back to paint our creations.
