“It was a great class and the classroom setting (old train station with a fireplace) was a fantastic experience. The techniques are a little hard to get a handle on, but the teacher is good at walking you through everything.”

“We had a wonderful time in this class! It was a lovely trip out to the train station and the local shop did good and affordable burgers, so well worth the trip out to Michelago. Though the instructor also runs them in Downer as well if you can’t make the drive out that far.
The instructor had a wealth of knowledge, and was very good at tailoring her teaching method to different learning styles. We all had a great time and I we are all keen to give it another go.”
