“This class was a gift for my birthday, as it was for one of the family of three doing the class with me (they were lovely people to share the class with). Our teacher, Anna, was excellent - so knowledgeable in all things chocolate. A big revelation was learning that it is possible to make amazing truffles at home, including tempering chocolate, without needing special equipment.
