“Phillip was great. Well run. Small class helped. Good facilities. Food was a bit up and down. Fish was great, sauce was reasonably good, spring rolls tasty enough, but the pho was not good.
There’s was an overwhelming taste in there that dominated dish. I think it was the cardamon. Way out of balance.
Tip for Phillip.
When cutting carrot, slinger one side thinly.
Then you have flat base to slice.
Turn carrot oner to continue to slice when needed.”

Everything was so easy with all the ingredients prpeared in a logical way, great bench space with all the utensils, cooktop...ready to go.
I am a 58 year old father and did the course to spend some time with my son who is an adult and i see less of. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
Oh, and included in the cost is a 3 course meal...do NOT eat before. You wont need to eat after. Plus we took meals home we had the following night”

From the spring rolls, papaya salad, barramundi, Pho there was so much food and OMG it all tasted amazing. Will definitely be back to try another culinary experience.”
