“Was a fun class. Preparation, food quality and facilities were excellent. The pinxto, romesco sauce and croquettes we great (even learnt something new with the chilled bechamel!!) I think the paella needed longer and slower to get the best out of it - but thats why its a class, to learn things. I would definitely cook everything here again at home in the future.”
