“Teacher was very enthusiastic and encouraging. She was flexible with my client who has disabilities and helped her to enjoy the activity just the way she wanted.”
“We had a lovely afternoon at the clay and sip class in Newcastle.
The only thing that was disappointing is that we weren’t greeted upon arrival, so we didn’t know where to sit, where to put bags, drinks etc, we just kind of stood around waiting and then took it upon ourselves to find a seat and make ourselves at home.
We weren’t offered the fridge for our drinks, only after asking after the class had started that we were told we could use the fridge.
We were also not advised where the amenities were, again only after someone asking were we advised.
It just wasn’t the most welcoming experience. So improvement at the induction stage would be a nice touch.
Thanks
Kat”
“We had the best time! The teachers were a great laugh and very helpful.
I'm not an "arty crafty" person but I really enjoyed myself!
Thanks so much to Bianca for helping me create my mug and Christmas tree!”
“Bianca was absolutely amazing, made us feel so welcome and helped us with anything we needed.
It was a great environment, and the class size was only around 7-8 people, meaning you got a lot of hands on attention from the teacher!
This is a very beginner friendly class, and allowed us to make whatever we wanted, so excited to pick up the end result in a few weeks!”
