“I attended the Sourdough Bread Making workshop and Megan was an excellent teacher. It was nearly 5 hours long but filled with hands-on activities, insightful information and snacks! We not only began the process of making our own cottage loaf but learned skills in making foccacia, cinnamon scrolls, crumpets and crackers. We went home with our own starter, a shaped dough ready to bake in the morning and full bellies!”
