“What an excellent class - Japanese Bento Box. I learnt how to make some of my favourite dishes (agadashi tofu, karage chicken, pickled daikon radish) and gained an understanding of the uses of dashi, mirin, cooking sake, Japanese soya sauce and Mizkan vinegar. Highly recommend!”
