“A fantastic class if you wish to learn how to make your own sushi. I shouted my friend for her birthday and she couldn't stop talking about it all the way home. The teacher and his assistant were so patient, helping us with every step of the process for each technique. I personally loved the little anecdotes from our teacher - what a wealth of knowledge! The class finished with us enjoying our creations accompanied by green tea. An awesome experience I would recommend to anyone with an interest in Japanese culture and food.”
