“My second class with Kaita (apologies if I have mis-spelled)and this time was foods which I normally would not normally select to eat. Well, my tastebuds have been awakened to delicious eggplant with miso glaze, teriyaki tofu, chicken curry, and extra delicious okonomiyaki with pork belly. Kaita is meticulous with his preparation and presentation, and similarly, class work spaces are well organised with all ingredients, recipes, bowls and other implements necessary.
Looking forward to my next Japanese cooking class, Hopefully Street Food or Ramen and Gyoza. Rating 10/10”
