Janeen is a phenomenal teacher who guides you step-by-step through the entire process of making filled doughnuts. She clearly demonstrates each stage of preparing the dough and shares plenty of helpful tips and tricks along the way. The class is very hands-on—you’ll get to roll out the dough, make the filling, fry the doughnuts, coat them in sugar, and fill them with three different delicious options.
What makes the class especially smooth is how well-organized Janeen is. She has everything pre-prepared so you’re not stuck waiting for dough to proof or fillings to chill. This means more time for learning and enjoying the experience.
We even got to sample each doughnut variety during the class and still took home 9 beautifully filled and absolutely delicious doughnuts. I highly recommend this course to anyone interested in baking—and I can’t wait to make filled doughnuts again soon!”
