The cocktail-making class was so good — informative, engaging, and really well paced. Lachy was an excellent teacher: very professional, patient, and incredibly informative. The cocktails were delicious (honestly, restaurant-quality), and the bagel halfway through was such a thoughtful and welcome touch. A perfect mix of learning, great drinks, and a relaxed atmosphere.
