“Our group of 8 friends attended a private class with Amy and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The setting in Amy's backyard was nice, with a view of the canal. It was lovely to hear Amy's passion for candle-making and crystals. We especially loved that Amy shared her crystal knowledge from her cultural background and also as a geologist. Amy gave clear instructions and helped us troubleshoot problems if they arose. We came home with beautiful candles, which were so different and individual to our tastes. “Such a wonderful class, we booked for myself, my 2 sisters and my mum for their birthdays. Ami was wonderful and full of knowledge. Was a beautiful setting on the river, Ami was so informative and wonderful to listen to. “Overall, the class was fun and creative. It lasted about an hour and a half. The initial introduction was very interesting, providing great insights before we moved on to the hands-on creative part.
I really enjoyed the explanation about the crystals—it was very informative and showed deep knowledge on the topic.
As for feedback, I would suggest placing a sign outside the door to indicate where the workshop is taking place, as it wasn’t easy to find. Also, giving participants a bit more creative freedom would make the experience even better.
