“I do not recommend if you value a compassionate business.
I was sick the day before my in-person class more than 24 hours prior and didn’t want to risk getting others unwell, I emailed politely and there was no flexibility other than I needed to pay half the amount I had already paid to reschedule, which is their policy regardless if it's an out of control circumstance.
I had to give it to someone else because there was no way I could go being so unwell.
If you value compassion and a business that cares about people’s wellbeing, I’d recommend going elsewhere.”
