“Really disappointed in the lack of attention and care that my partner and I were given. We were barely spoken to throughout the class unless we asked the instructors for help n it was the most limited instruction. They gave no instructions in the beginning so there was no direction on what anyone was doing. There were no common suggestions. Then they helped some of the participants more than others - so much so that the instructor was basically painting the picture for the women sitting next to me. One of the attendants helping kept checking on the person next to me but as soon as the woman asked for help from her she would say “yes the instructor will come”. Then why did she ask? They didn’t introduce themselves to the class. They didn’t offer any glasses for the drinks. I’ve been to quite a few paint and sip classes and this was utterly disorganized and inattentive. Not worth the price. I’ll be contacting Classsbento with a formal complaint.

“The teachers were great, and the experience was fun, but my three friends and I paid for a Paint and Sip and didn’t receive anything to drink.
When we asked the teacher about it, they just sent us to the sign-in area, and the lady at the front simply told us to continue painting. It felt like no one really knew what was going on.
Other than that, the experience was good!”
