“The instructor took the time to show everyone what was right and wrong. His tone was good. It was great to have the avenue to spend time with my son doing what he likes. I do not think anything has changed as the product and staff are great and down to earth.”
“Would highly reccomend! Had a class today, 6 of us of all different ages and backgrounds who fancied whacking some metal with a hammer. Our instructor Hugo showed us how there is also a lot more to the trade with great explanations of how to work steel in the best way possible and also showing us how far the artform can go. Not strenuous work or too hot and sweaty either to produce a decent-enough result so anyone can give it a go.”
“The Relatable, experienced and efficient teacher demonstrated and supported in a way that allowed a very satisfying amount of hands on time for students.”
“Just finished my intro to blacksmithing session at Waterside Metal Art Studio and it was an incredible experience! Huge thanks to Steve and Hugo for being such knowledgeable and down-to-earth instructors. They made the whole process approachable and hands-on right from the start. Highly recommend if you’re curious about blacksmithing or just want to try something completely different.”
“Fantastic introduction to my new hobby! The guys were fantastic, demonstrations were clear and easy to follow, and delivered constant support while forging out pieces! Highly recommend.”
“What a lovely introductory lesson to blacksmithing, I had a beautiful time with our clearly passionate and enthusiastic teacher that made the lesson enjoyable and memorable, looking forward to learning more! Worth every second of it.”
