“Not prepared to start on time, extremely basic tutorial. I expected a professional tutorial for specially cake decorating techniques. It was not this at all. Holding a butter cream tutorial in a tin she with no air conditioning and 2x medium pedistal fans and small fridge for 8x 6 boxed cakes was not appropriate either. Thank you I was disappointed”
“Lovely class and our teacher was great. Easy to understand and follow. Unfortunately it was a very hot day and no air conditioning which is not good for cake decorating. So i would rate the facilities as quite poor.”
