“Our Latte Art class was great fun and I am amazesd how much we could learn in one 3 hour class. It was capped at four people so we had personal attention. Jimmy was an experienced teacher who knew exactly how to break the skills down into easy steps and he gave us plenty of opportunity to practice. I highly recommend it.”
“This was a great course, particularly if you are just starting out in a cafe. Despite having no experience commercially, the instructor was still able to accommodate my learning outcome. I did struggle with my lack of experience with texturing, however i was able to consolidate the lesson when back at home on the Breville.”
