“Justin of local sauce tours comes across as friendly and insightful with a good dose of larrikin humour. He led us through four eateries with a local Thai supermarket thrown in for good measure. All the favourite speciality dishes from different parts of Thailand like chilli squid, pork balls, kao soi, pork belly, Thai fried chicken burger, mango sticky rice etc. He also gave us fun interesting activity ideas and a quiz on the origins of the flavourful ingredients of Thai cuisine. We were definitely full afterwards and his knowledge of Thai cuisine and where to get the best Thai in town really impressed us.”
