“Such a wonderful and informative class with Paul! The venue was very cosy. I learned a lot about Japanese flavours and tried foods such as fungi that I’d never had before. The menu included sushi, soba noodle salad, miso soup, tempura, dipping sauce, won ton skins and matcha panna cotta with miso caramel. Very generous portions and high quality seafood was used. I’ll be back again for sure!”

“Small Class of 9 in lovely environment. So much food & excellent varied Japanese menu. Paul was kind & easygoing - not formal or intimidating. Provided Sake, water & Prosecco if you wanted. Highlights were Matcha pannacotta with caramel Miso sauce and the tuna on wonton crisps. Highly recommend.”
