“Mai was excellent! We made glass beads and got to pick from a huge array of colours. She's obviously worked with glass for a long, long time and I felt very safe despite working with open flames and hot glass. She was very encouraging when we didn't get it quite right and the workshop itself was well supplied and comfortable.
