“I was expecting to spend more time at the wheel itself, it felt like we only got to spend around 20 mins and the teacher corrected any mistakes but didn’t allow us to experiment or manipulate the clay so we could practice the technique. we had about an hour to paint the pottery which was fine but i wanted to learn about throwing as opposed to pottery painting”
