“Lily was a great teacher. She was patient, friendly and flexible. Quick to adjust the planned drinks for the class to accommodate for those who may not like a cocktail on offer and for unexpected non-alcoholic drinkers. Lily was also detailed with her craft and it was clear she wanted to make sure we enjoyed our time and our drinks. We appreciated her encouragement to reshake our drinks if we have not created enough foam and to taste and adjust levels of sweetness and sourness to our liking. She was also kind and always offered to help with the equipment. We really enjoyed the experience!”
