“This class was an absolute disgrace. Prior to going to the class, I googled the place to make sure it’s open which it said it was. I even got a reminder email for this class the day before. I booked this class a month in advance, as a gift for a close friend only to arrive on time at 10 AM to find the place completely shut—garage door locked, no staff, no notice, nothing. I waited for 15 minutes, calling the provided contact number four times, no answer, no voicemail, no attempt at communication whatsoever.
No one bothered to inform me that the class was canceled, let alone offer an alternative or even a basic apology. I even contacted the business on IG. Then, to make matters even more pathetic, I receive a text at 12:01 PM as if I had attended and enjoyed the experience? That is beyond disrespectful and shows a complete lack of care and professionalism.
I demand an immediate full refund as well as compensation for the time, effort, and frustration you have caused should I even want to go through your services again. I do not take leaving negative reviews lightly, but given the utter disregard for customer service by the business, which I still haven’t heard back from by the way, I have no choice in making others aware of this appalling treatment if this is not resolved immediately.”
