“The teacher was quite unclear, gave virtually no instruction, and was rude. He didn’t explain that the flowers were to be taken off for firing and instead we would be painting the design so none of us pressed the flowers in hard enough and it looked shabby when painted. We were told to just ‘check the website to see when your pieces are ready for collection’ but weren’t told of the private link needed to view the photos as it isn’t visible or linked on the main website. There is no helpful information on their website or social media and no one answers the phone number listed. The collection process was awful - after not getting hold of anyone and not being able to see my pieces on the website because I wasn’t given a link, the person at the studio when I went to collect was incredibly rude. Didn’t apologise for the fact that the other teacher didn’t give us the right website and wasn’t responding to phone calls, and blamed me. Appalling customer service experience, possible the worst I’ve ever experienced.”

I'm not really sure if they are going to look any good, lol. We have to wait 5 weeks to pick it up from Customer Service, with an access code if they are not there.”
