Ive met several people from Chile previously but no one had introduced me to any Chilean cuisine so this class was the perfect introduction.The evening provided some good insight into the favorite foods, drinks, dishes and sweets eaten in Chile. My favorite dish would have to be the Pastel De Maiz -Sweetcorn pie with pulled chilcken and vegetables. Ive attended a few classes at BK brunswick kitchen and they always deliver highly quality classes.”
