You were so inviting and generous with your knowledge and made it very easy for my Support Worker, to feel a part of the morning and I really thank you for that.
Thank you too for running the class for just me, this was a surprise, and I acknowledge that you ran the class even though you normally have a class size limit, but I can see that that is just the kind and generous person that you are who loves what they do and wants to share that skill with others.
You are definitely invested in helping people create and mindfully draw on inner feelings to create something beautiful and from the heart, that I know for me, I will now be able to build my Journal with self assurance so I can draw inner strength when I need it most!
I really look forward to doing more classes with you to learn more advanced skills so that I can continue to make more journals with more intricacies.
I had had a little bit of exposure to what a Junk Journal was before I did the class from when I was in hospital for 12 weeks and there were patients who had their own Junk Journals that they kept with them, full to the brim of things that made them happy and gave them joy, memories of special events in their lives that while they were hospitalised for an extended period they could look upon and dwell on, remembering good times and things that meant so much to them, all compact and right there for them to draw on special moments, words of wisdom, letters and cards, snippets of time at a trying time in their life. From that moment on I became interested in making my own Junk Journal/s.
