“Stefan was friendly and created a relaxed and supportive environment for our Italian cookery class. He had prepared a series of savoury and sweet recipes. We learnt new techniques and hacks to apply in our own kitchens. We enjoyed a long lunch, appreciating the flavoursome food we had created. it was a fun day!
