“This was a lovely, relaxing experience for a winter afternoon! The staff were friendly, helpful and encouraging and the step by step process made developing your perfume easy and enjoyable. At times it was a little crowded when accessing the scent bar, but the groups were staggered well so the congestion didn't last long. The final product was very professional looking, even if the label didn't fit my bottle (hence it is written in there).”
