“Worst experience. Friends and I booked in for what we thought would be a relaxing afternoon of wheel throwing, but this was not to be. I have a disability so called in advance to talk to them about the class and would they like me to bring a support person. The answer was no as they hurried to get me off the phone. They were unorganized when we arrived, even though the teacher waited until everyone was seated and she had everyone’s attention before she told me I could not do the class. Directed back to the hand building class with my friends, but to add insult to injury when the teacher walked around the table to provide feedback she skipped over me every time, like I did not exist. As the hand building class included painting a faint indent on the clay, it excluded me completely. This is only the few poor points of the day. Their only excuse was they misunderstood, which does not explain the poor treatment. I would never attend here again.”
“The teacher was great!! So knowledgeable and very helpful for everyone. She was patient when people didn’t know what they were doing. Only piece of feedback would be to make the warehouse more comfortable with heating or closing the big door as it was the middle of winter”
